This is the stage where we determine how to make the project real. We start to discuss materials, and material hierarchies. We draw the project in much greater detail, adding the appliances, fixtures, furniture, and finishes you love. We review budgets. We start to get drawings from consultants and start to coordinate the various structural, mechanical, electrical, and landscape packages. By the end of Design Development you should have a very clear idea of what your project will look like and how it will perform once completed, you should be completely in love with your project and eagerly anticipating construction.
