My work on the Coquitlam City Centre Library, a David Nairne and Associates project, began in the construction documents phase. My primary role in this project was construction administration where I worked quickly and creatively to address the issues encountered during the construction phase. I was responsible for maintaining the timely flow of information and decisions to keep a diverse crew of contractors and subcontractors on task, on time, within budget, and true to the design intent.
