At PLACE architect ltd. I acted as Coordinating Registered Professional for this renovation of a nonconforming office and warehouse building. Our proposal included proposing an alternate solution to the British Columbia Building Code in order to permit a wood frame mezzanine where combustible construction is not allowed.
