We performed a detailed site assessment for this property. This included interviewing contractors who had worked to improve the property, as well as building digital models of the landscape, studying its solar exposure over the course of the year, and working closely with a realtor to determine a comfortable threshold between the cost of improving the property and the potential resale value. We were able to generate a substantial amount of data and use this to understand how much could be reasonably spent to acquire this property, the expected costs to develop the property, and to measure this against the potential resale value of the lot.
